Why didn't I receive the coupon code email?

Sometimes our system does not send out the automatic coupon code email due to high traffic. Please email us at support@wosadoofficial.shop and we will send you the coupon code. If you have already placed an order but would like to apply the discount, we will refund you the discount percentage.

Can I make changes or cancel my order?

Please notify us at support@wosadoofficial.shop if you would like us to change/cancel your order. If your order has already been processed by our warehouse, changes to your order are no longer possible. However, you can always return your product to us after your receive it.

What should I do if I didn't receive my order confirmation?

We always recommend you to check your Spam/Junk folder if you have not received an order confirmation from us. If you still do not see it there, please feel free to contact our customer support at support@wosadoofficial.shop and we’ll send it again right away.

How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

A confirmation email will be sent to your email containing the details of your order. You will be provided with a unique Order ID (e.g. #1234), and a list of the item(s) you have ordered.

Are my payment details secure?

We offer safe and secure payment options via credit/debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), and PayPal. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported with mobile orders.

Do you offer bulk purchase discounts?

Please email us at support@wosadoofficial.shop if you plan to purchase in bulk or would like to subscribe for certain products regularly. We are happy to offer wholesale prices for repeated purchases.

Can I return my product?

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Note that we are unable to process refunds/returns while the goods are still in transit. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process. Please note that return shipping is paid by the customer.

Why isn't my tracking number working?

The tracking number provided may not work in the first few days until it gets processed by the shipping carrier. Orders usually arrive within 2-3 weeks. Please visit track your order here or contact us via support@wosadoofficial.shop if you would like an update on the status of your package.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. We use Canada Post and ChitChats Canada to ship all Canadian orders, and DHL and UPS to ship international orders.

How long will it take to get my order?

We aim to process and ship orders within 1-5 business days. Orders are usually delivered within 2-3 weeks for orders within Canada. However, due to high demand of some of our most popular products, please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery. Please also consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs may apply, and will be added at checkout. We offer a flat rate of $10 for orders from the US and Canada, and $15 for orders shipped to other locations. Orders over $50 ship for free worldwide. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
